Double room with shared spacious lounge, huge garden. Would suit a quiet, professional person. Short term lodging welcome.

Walls and floor renovated in the summer, so all clean and fresh.

In the area: large Sainsbury's 5 min walk; cinema and gym 10 min walk; town centre 15 min walk.

Excellent location: on bus nr 10 route (24/7 service taking up to 30 mins door-to-door to the airport). Quiet and green area.

All amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and high speed broadband. Hot water on at all times.
Parking space - driveway for up to 3 cars.
Available from 1/5/2015. Must be seen.

The other flatmates are all working professionals doing shift-work (cabin crew, pharmacist and Boots emoloyee) which gives you a good balance of privacy and social life in the house. We like to keep the house clean and we respect other's privacy. There is a very clean and friendly cat living here as well - he loves cuddles and pretends he is always hungry! :)
