The house is situated in a lovely area of Ifield, Crawley. Close to a Tesco Metro, regular London and Brighton train links, Gatwick, industrial estate and Town Centre bus links and bus stops and a lovely country pub is close by.

The house has a well maintained front and back garden, with allocated parking for 2 cars outside the front of the house.

The house is beautiful, contemporary and quite girly, therefore, I am looking to rent it out to a particular tenant, so unfortunately no smokers or animals I'm afraid.

Ideally, this rental would suit crew members as the airport is very close by (10 pounds max by taxi), not to mention in easy reach of various airline training centres in the industrial estate area of Crawley. Sharing the house with only one other professional working female it’s a perfect clean and homely find! Utility bills are also included, including the internet and Sky TV.
