Ground floor with a Garage, Livingroom, Kitchen, Room1(available) and Private garden.
First floor with Room2, Room3, Room4, Toilet and Bathroom.
All stuff you need in the house: Internet, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, etc. Hot water, heater and all working correctly.
Plenty of space for storage in both floors.

About the room...
It's the bigest room of the house.
Big window/door straight to the garden, 1Double bed, 2Wardroves, 2Chest of drawers, 1Side table and 1Mirror. Comfortable matress. Ready to move in. (You can also bring your own stuff). Short or long term available.

About the tenants...
We are 4 tenants, 1 per room. We all are cabin crew working in Gatwick Airport. Two of us are moving by the 1st of November and the other two are moving by the end of the year. Very easy going people.

About the area...
Very quiet neighborhood, with bus stop just 1min walking (bus 1) or 10min walking (bus 10 and 20). Tesco Express, 3min walking. Sport area and Goffs Park less than 10min walking. ASDA, 15min walking. Town centre, 20min walking.
Also, lot of space available if you bring your car.

About the rent/deposit...
Room price with all bills included is £432. 50 for 1person. Negotiable for a couple.
Total price of the house is £1200 + bills (about £1450). We pay a fixed price per room and any remaining money in the account we use to buy cleaning products, sharing stuff...
From 1st of January with all new tenants you can decide either to continue the same way or do it different.
References required by an Agency. A Fee applies.
