Tv with full internet functions/youtube etc, This room has a Study table/chair and a very large Sliding Wardrobe, it has Philips hue Led lights which can be dimmed to suit your preference, also has a led Table lamp, This House has the latest technology smart Heating means you can control the heating/Temperature in your own room, There is also a common Ironing board ,small fridge and this room also has a lock on the door. There is a Fridge and Kettle in the room.

It has off street parking, high speed broadband and Washing machine & separate cloth dryer. Ready to wear in 3hrs (1hr wash +1hrs Drying).

Walking distance to central Crawley. 5 minutes walk to bus stop which goes to Gatwick Airport and Manor Royal in 20 minutes by number 10 & 20 which is run 24hrs a day every 6 min.

There are 2 different Jim/swimming pool nearby walking distance. Also few 24hr Jims.

House Provides Toilet Tissue, hand wash, washing up liquid and Kitchen Towel.

There is nothing for you to do like cleaning and changing bins etc, but you have to leave it clean after use.
