Double Room in Crawley.

I have a double room, with single bed, 6 inch deep memory foam mattress. Fully furnished, with desk, Double wardrobe, 5 chest of drawers. Pics are on my profile. Gas central heating, Broadband. My house is very clean. Very quiet safe area.

You will have full use of kitchen and living areas. You must be professional and working. Looking for a non smoker, will not drink alcohol in the house and will keep things tidy in the house. I'm only responding to people who have a profile on Spareroom. Most of my tenants have been trainee pilots, cabin crew or professional people working in Manor Royal. Some have stayed a year , some only a few months.

The house is conveniently located. Town center is 15 min walk. Manor Royal industrial estate is 10 min walk. Bus stop is 3 min away, with buses going to Gatwick Airport ,Crawley Town, Horsham and Three Bridges Mainline Station. Shops are close by, as is Sainsbury. My current tenant will finish 15 April. Please note I'm not looking for a tenant who wants to work from home. I also do not allow guests, a tenant's social life has to be outside the house.
For Mon-Fri lets I can drop the rent by £50 a month.
