Rent Now Discounted - Large Double in Durrington

I have a bright and airy double room in my house available to rent in Durrington. My preference is for a professional single woman, although someone studying at college or university would also work. The room is available for a minimum of six months, with longer periods potentially available, subject to discussion/negotiation. The room is furnished and the dimensions are approximately 3.7m x 3m (12ft x 10ft). There is a built in storage area with shelves and hanging rail. The room overlooks the back garden and neighbouring property. The area is quiet and peaceful.

The house is occupied by me (the owner) and one other female. I work professionally away from home on a mixture of day and night shifts. We are approximately 100 metres from the bus stop, close by Durrington medical centre, and about a 15-20 minute walk to Durrington train station. Supermarkets and other local amenities are also fairly close by, within walking distance.

It is a friendly, welcoming household and someone who is kind, with a good personality, will fit right in. The house is generally a very calm, peaceful and relaxing environment.

The bed pictured in the photo is virtually brand new – less than 10 months old. The computer in the pictures is not included, but the computer desk can be included, if desired, although the office chair is not.

The normal rental will be £700 per calendar month to include all utilities and BT Broadband internet. However, as we know that moving in to a new place is always expensive, we are willing to discount the first two months rent by £100, meaning that you will pay only £600 for the first two months.
