Hello - my name's Ryan and I'm 33. I am a school teacher and work locally in Worthing. I am a laid back, sociable person with a good sense of humour and I'd like to find someone to rent the spare room following my current lodger’s job being transferred elsewhere.
The bedroom available is a good-sized double. It is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. The room has a TV point.
The flat comprises of an entrance hall (private entrance); bathroom (bath, shower, basin and toilet); a large sitting room; and a spacious kitchen with dining table. It is on the ground floor and as a bonus has a private south-facing rear garden which is accessible by patio doors from the sitting room.
Communal areas (i. e. bathroom and kitchen) will be available for shared use and free on-street parking is available. The flat is well-placed for local amenities including a Tesco supermarket, the A27 and Durrington railway station. If you use the bus, frequent buses into Worthing run just outside.
My main hobbies and interests are running and maintaining my small fleet of old cars. My partner stays most weekends and like me is easy-going. I feel obliged to say that my partner is a guy... just in case that bothers you!
The rent for the room is £575pcm to include all bills (i. e. council tax, water, heat, light and internet).
Regarding smoking - I do smoke, but generally do so outside. I occasionally have one in the kitchen or the sitting room.
