I have a large room overlooking three lovely trees, less than 10 minutes drive to the town center. Old Dunnings Mill pub and restaurant within a short walking distance, plus convenience store & PO. Tobias School of Art Therapy and Peredur Center for the Arts are nearby. Behind the house, there are country walks through fields and woods. Standen House (National Trust) is just down the road.

There is also a small room that overlooks trees and farmlands where one can see sheep or cows grazing in spring and summer.

Rent includes all utility bills plus council tax.
