There is a large double bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, desk, bedside cabinet, chest of draws, vanity unit, flat screen TV(if needed), built in wardrobe. You will have exclusive use of a bathroom and toilet on this floor.

The whole of downstairs will be shared with myself. There is a large kitchen diner, separate utility room with use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Another sitting room with a small separate area that is my home office. There is also a conservatory with a pool table. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet.

About me:

I have 2 dogs who are very friendly but unfortunately this means you cannot have pets. I am a professional software engineer and work from home 90% of the time. I tend to start work early. I very occasionally go away on business for a few nights during the week. I am not vegetarian and neither are my dogs !

About you:

• Preference for a female housemate, no couples

• Must keep shared areas clean & tidy, and tidy up after use of the kitchen
