Fair usage with shower & appliances (20/25 min showers are a bit much, as is 3/4 loads of laundry a week)

Village has 4 pubs, post office, butchers, curry house & restaurant, garden center, with cafe within village & free street parking.
Additional local shops in Findon valley 2 min drive,

Excellent road links to Arundel - 10 mins, Horsham 15 mins, Gatwick - 40 mins, Brighton 20-30 mins.

2 Buses each hour 6am-8pm to/from Worthing station (20mins)

NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF WORTHING HOSPITAL.

Sadly NO couples, pets, children, smokers, or anyone with mobility issues as there are steps.
I have an cat, so cannot accept other pets.
