Large double room (not en-suite) would suit working, professional in a peaceful clean, non-smoking modern home in Findon village setting.
Looking for a friendly but private person, would suit someone looking for a safe, quiet crash pad.
We’re on early starts, so worth bearing in mind, if you’re nocturnal, as house is quiet after 10pm.

- hob & oven ~ you have a separate kitchen area with limited storage, sink, microwave, kettle & toaster, fridge ect.

Village has 4 pubs, post office/shop, butchers, Indian Restaraunt, garden center, with cafe within village & free street parking.
Additional local shops in Findon valley 2 min drive,

Excellent road links to Arundel - 10 mins, Horsham 15 mins, Gatwick - 40 mins, Brighton 20-30 mins.

2 Buses each hour 6am-8pm to/from Worthing station (20mins)

Sadly NO couples, pets, children, smokers, or anyone with mobility issues as there are steps.

Have my daughters dog (but not home 7am-7pm, & every other weekend), so cannot accept other pets as that’s not fair on anyone.

• Mon 15.00pm to Fri 11. am, or
• 4 nights/part week £150 per week maybe suitable for Hospital bank staff - however, not within walking distance of Worthing Hospital.

Fair usage with shower & appliances (20/25 min showers are a bit much, as is 3/4 loads of laundry every week)
