Lovely Room in Newly Bought Home in Fishbourne

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful professional to rent a double room in my newly bought home in Fishbourne, near Chichester.

The house has a relaxed and social vibe while still being peaceful during the week. It’s fully furnished, modern, clean and well looked after. There is allocated parking available, outdoor space, and great transport links, with the train station only a 5-minute walk away. Use of garage storage space could also be discussed.

I work full-time and enjoy going to the gym, dancing and socialising, so ideally I’m looking for someone easy-going who appreciates a tidy, comfortable home. I’m usually out during weekdays and weekends, so quite often you would have the place to yourself.

The spare room includes a wardrobe with additional built-in storage space. I’m happy to rent the room with the table included, or help arrange a bed or other furniture depending on what you need.
