Small Double by the Sea

Hello. Would you like to enjoy living right by the beach in Goring? The sea is less than a minute away on foot which is wonderful in summer and Sea Lane Cafe is about a 10 minute walk away. There are nearby shops in West Worthing/ Goring.

All bills, council tax and broadband are included.

The room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other room. It has a built in wardrobe/ cupboards with hanging space and shelves and a bedside table.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge and freezer space for everyone. There is also everything you need for cooking - pots, pans, bowls, plates etc. Outside there is off-road parking for 3 cars and free on road parking too.

I am looking for a professional person who goes out to work daytime, someone who is clean and tidy and respectful to other housemates.

I will consider short term stays, but the rates would be slightly higher.
