The room size is approximately 3.6m x 2. 2m (11'9" x 7'3") shown in the photos here with bunk beds, but actually now with just a single. The room could be reconfigured to suit needs. A double bed would fit in the room but we are listing as a single because a double might be a squeeze.
The bunk beds could also be reconfigured for a single parent, but this would be the only dual occupancy we would permit.
Monthly rent would be renegotiated for single parent with child.
Household currently consists of one couple with daughter, and one other female tenant. Ages range from 11 years to 59 years.
Quiet house in quiet area near to train station with direct links to Brighton, London etc. Local shops and bus stops are a 10 minute walk away, and Northbrook College around 20 minutes away by foot.
No pets and no smoking inside. Clean, tidy and considerate housemate only.
4 bedroom house with fast broadband, main bathroom upstairs with separate wetroom/wc downstairs, kitchen (awaiting refit) with all the usual appliances.
Garden to the rear, and unrestricted street parking to the front.
£480 per calender month, £300 deposit. Bills including council tax are included.
Month to month or longer let if required.
