I’m looking for a friendly, considerate person to rent a lovely double room in my spacious three-bedroom semi-detached house.

The house has a large garden with outdoor sofa, driveway for 3 cars and double garage, EV charging point, as well as plenty of shared living space. There’s a dedicated area for yoga/working from home, so there’s room to have your own space and settle in comfortably. This isn’t just a room in a house, this can be your home too.

The double bedroom can be furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you.

There’s also a third/smaller bedroom available for use, which is a great bonus. It’s currently set up as a laundry room/walk-in wardrobe that my current tenant uses, but we can decide how to use it however best suits, for example, as another home office space if you work from home, dressing room, hobby space or occasional guest bedroom.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going who will enjoy living in a comfortable, relaxed home rather than simply having somewhere to sleep.

I’m flexible on move-in date and on whether you’d like the room furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished, so happy to have a conversation about what would work for you.

I am a professional 40 year old female, and have lived in Worthing for 5 years. I work in Brighton 3 days a week (usually out 8am - 8pm) and from home the other 2 days. I love pole, yoga, and health and nutrition and wellness topics are very important to me. I don’t drink much, but I do love to eat and spend time with friends, and indulge in my hobbies and passions.
