Big room own bathroom Buses ,Trains ,Parking

Hi, I have a large room in a modern, clean house, in a clean, friendly area with good links close by for travel near or far.
I am looking for someone to share (most of) my house with me.
So, when replying, please tell me about yourself, in the same way as I tell you about myself here.

I'm an easy- going Londoner who is sociable, but quiet in my own home.

I left England and worked in Europe and the Soviet Union in travel and hospitality. I ended up in Sweden where I worked in schools, and where my 33 year-old daughter lives.
My hobbies include music (especially live music), socialising, travel, road-trips, walking and hiking and language culture.
My daughter visits occasionally and we go hiking and exploring new places here in the UK.

My location offers the following:
Easy access by car to:
Chichester (10-15 mins)
Portsmouth (20- 25mins )
Goodwood (20- 25mins to Goodwood avoiding the city of Chichester).
Plus:
Bus stops close by ( 5-8mins walk)
Buses to Chichester and Portsmouth
Station close by ( 3 -5 mins walk , no noisy trains).
Trains to Chichester, Portsmouth and London (via Gatwick airport)
Ample free parking and storage for bikes.

My house offers you the following :
A large, clean, light room.
Private bathroom
Sole access during the evening of fully-fitted kitchen, and a cosy sitting area with comfortable tub-chairs.
Your own bathroom with hand-shower over the bath.
Access to washing machine.
The room is at the front of the house overlooking the trees and gets the morning sun. It has a single bed, plus mirrored, built-in wardrobe, drawers a comfortable tub chair. and a dressing table/desk. Anything can be added if required and anything but the bed can be removed if you don't need it.
We share the kitchen- sitting/eating area, but I eat my main meal at lunch time, so you have the kitchen for your use in the evening.
If you work shifts, then we can timeshare/ work something out .

Please note:
I will ask you for proof of employment and if you are self-employed I will require proof of income for the last 3 years.
Please do not apply if you work from home more than 2 days a week.
Rent will be paid in advance.
The 1st rental payment will be paid as you move in, for the rest of the 1st month. Payments for the following months will be made at the end of each month.

The deposit is to be paid once we have agreed and signed contracts. You'll get a receipt. This is to secure the room and will be paid back once the room is emptied and cleaned, and been checked for any damage, and the key is returned
Notice required: 1month
