Double room in Hassocks, 10 mins train to Brighton

The house is in a quiet road and is a clean, comfortable, calm, friendly and creative space with lots of lovely house plants!
Double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Room has desk, chair, narrow chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Happy for you to bring own furniture, other than the bed.

There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and you will get one bathroom for your use. I may use it occasionally but I have my own bathroom and toilet upstairs.

Please note: It is a shower over the bath.

Use of communal space Kitchen and TV living room and part of the garden.
I have an art studio in the garden that I spend quite a bit of time in.

I am looking for for a friendly, respectful individual who likes their own space and is also happy to chat and be sociable too.

Single occupancy no overnight guests without prior arrangement.

I have 2 friendly dogs, so have to love, or at least like dogs!

8 minute walk to train station, Hassocks.
