The house is in a quiet road and is a clean, comfortable, calm, friendly and creative space with lots of lovely house plants!
Double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Room has desk, chair, narrow chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Happy for you to bring own furniture, other than the bed.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and you will get one bathroom for your use. I may use it occasionally as has bath and downstairs loo.
It is a shower over the bath.
Use of communal space Kitchen and living room and part of the garden.
I have an art studio in the garden that I spend quite a bit of time in.

I have 2 friendly dogs, so have to love, or at least like dogs!

8 minute walk to train station, Hassocks.
Easy commute: 10 min train to Brighton
Preston Park: 7 mins train
University of Sussex: 15 min drive
London: 50 mins train
Local buses to Brighton and surrounding areas within walking distance.
Free ample on-street parking.
