This is a truly beautiful triple size room. It is huge and would be used for living and bedroom . You would benefit from your own personal shower room- en- suite. There is also an area within the room having a little fridge and kettle and microwave plus a shared kitchen downstairs .. It has 3 windows - one very large looking straight across to Jack and Jill Windmills. There are lovely walks to the Downs straight from my back garden. The train station is less than a minute walk, so Brighton 8 mins and Gawick 20 mins. Sussex Uni 15mins by car.
It is also close to the villages of Ditchling and Hurstpierpoint.

This would suit a professional person, who likes their own space as the room is really set up as more of a bedsit. Ideally someone who is working during the week (or has a main home and needs the room part time)

The house is large and detached and peaceful.

I do have a dog, who is lovely (golden retriever) so no good if you hate dogs!

Gatwick is 20 mins and Brighton 8 mins.

I am only looking for someone who has their main house elsewhere and stays Monday to Friday (or similar)
