Dbl Bed near train stn Haywards Heath from 7/7/26

Hi,

We have a large double bedroom (10ft by 13ft or 3m by 4m) available in Haywards Heath.

Bedroom has king size ottoman bed, double plus single wardrobe, sofa, coffee table and desk for working or study. Super fast internet.
Quiet household of two introverts (we have been sharing for a while) and a friendly (and quiet) dog. One of us travels extensively.
We are situated 2 min walk from Sainsbury's and Waitrose supermarkets, 2 min walk to train station, to library, to park and Leisure Centre which has swimming pool and a professionally equipped gym.
Cleaner is coming weekly.
Sitting room is not shared, but there is a sitting area in the bedroom and a table in the kitchen for communal use.

Trains run to London every 15 minutes, and the travel time is 45 minutes to Victoria and 50 minutes to London Bridge. Brighton is 15 minutes away by train.

We prefer someone working away from home.
Unfortunately, parking spaces are not guaranteed.
