Self contained furnished single ensuite room with its own entrance and a private fenced off little front yard ready to rent. The room is situated 15 minutes walk from Horsham town centre, train station and Horsham park. You will have your own private space to relax without having to share with anyone else. All bills are included. There is no access to the main house as the adjoining door will be locked for your own privacy. This is a family home with children and a pet and we would welcome someone who would understand this environment. There is always movement of people coming and going into the main house, but you will not be affected by it. We would like to rent the room to a non smoking professional who has a busy life and needs a private and quiet place to rest and relax.
