I have a lovely, comfortable double bedroom available in a friendly and happy home. I’m looking for a professional, full-time working person who is easy-going,
respectful and enjoys a positive and peaceful home environment.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, dressing table and plenty of storage. There’s also space for you to bring your own belongings and make the room feel like your own personal space.
The home has a shared kitchen, bathroom and garden, and free parking is available directly in front of the house.
I work full-time and enjoy going to the gym five days a week, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, relaxed and happy home. Ideally, you’ll be someone who is friendly, considerate and easy to live with — someone who enjoys a chat but also respects each other’s privacy.
My 12-year-old grandson spends time here, so you’ll need to be comfortable and happy around children. He’s a lovely part of my family life and brings plenty of happiness to the home.
