Large and cosy double room (for single occupancy)

Hi Everyone, I have a large and cosy double room (for single occupancy) available in my house in Horsham. Please note I have a cat.

The room comes with a shared bathroom (walk in shower, no bath), full access to the kitchen and laundry appliances and a garden. There is a communal lounge space, there is also a TV in the room, and full fibre Wi-Fi to the house.

All bills are inlcuded, apart from shared communal items such as loo roll.

There is driveway parking available, and also good local transport links - the 98 bus stop over the road from the house goes to Horsham Station, the 200 bus stop to LGW is 10 mins walk away, alternatively both Horsham and Littlehaven Stations are a 25 min walk away.

I am open to both short and long stays. But would prefer no guest sleep overs please.
