I'm 23, work Monday to Friday, and spend most of my time outside work studying for my engineering degree or at the gym. Usually have quiet evenings but I'd like to live with someone who's a good laugh. I do work from home 1-2 times per week, and plan to get a cat or two.

**Location**
In the immediate area you have a Morrisons Daily, bars and restaurants a 2 min walk, as well as the park the flat overlooks.
Within 5 mins walk, there is the mainline Horsham station, gym/leisure centre, and town centre.

**Commuting**

London Victoria: 50 mins, trains every 30 minutes.
Gatwick Airport: around 20 mins.
There are plenty of bus stops if you don't drive, and good access to the A24 if you do.

And of course I'm happy to show you around Horsham if you're not local.

**Parking**
You can get resident permit parking for the whole area outside the development for ~£5 a month. Not every neighbour uses their allocated space, so I may also be able to help you use one of theirs. There's also first-come-first-served visitor parking if you have guests.

**Rent**
Bills are included. Rent is flexible for the right person. I'm happy to talk about a lower rate if you're, out a lot, or happy to take on the majority of cooking for example. Or alternative arrangements (i. e., Monday to Friday/cabin crew or similar).
