The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, living room, kitchen and a very nice bathroom (recently redesigned). The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, grill/oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine & tambour dryer, dish washer. Very nice & private garden at the back of the house. The bedroom is located on the 1st floor overlooking the garden.

The room to let is furnished with a queen size bed, shelves, a wardrobe and WIFI access.

The price is £830 per month all inclusive. Weekly cleaning included.

You will be sharing with a young female professional working on locally. The owner, a professional female working internationally on co-operations visits occasionally for a few days in business.
