En-suite double room

The room is a double with a private en-suite (shower, sink, toilet). In the bedroom is a built in wardrobe, drawers, desk, bedside table and wifi access. You would have access to the kitchen also, some cupboard and fridge space is available.

This is a quiet household in peaceful cul-de-sac location within very easy reach of Chichester city centre and A27. Roughly a 30 min walk along the canal or 10 min drive into the city centre. There's a bus stop that's less than 5 min walk away.

This is a quiet, relaxed family home for myself and my daughter (plus 3 very friendly cats who are both outdoor and indoor pets). We are looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful of a quiet evening routine. While we value a peaceful environment, we're very friendly and always happy to stop for a chat!

Perfect for a single working professional or contractor needing a comfortable, quiet weekday base while returning to their main home on weekends. You'd be welcome to leave your things in the room over the weekends.

Advertised as Monday–Friday (typically Sunday evening to Friday noon), with flexibility on specific days by prior agreement.. Space for one extra car on the driveway.
