I’m offering a bright and spacious room with stunning views of the South Downs, a private bathroom, and its own dedicated sitting area.

The room is generously sized and feels more like a private suite than a standard bedroom. It is furnished with a single bed, sofa, coffee table, hanging rail, drawer unit, and additional under-bed storage. The seating area gives you your own space to relax privately within the room.

You will have your own private bathroom with both a bath and shower.

The house has a shared kitchen with appliances, an additional shared living room with a log burner, and access to a garden with outdoor furniture. The home is quiet, and I am the only other housemate, along with my small, friendly (and very calm) dog.

The property is in a peaceful, secluded location with beautiful South Downs views. It’s ideal if you enjoy walking or want a calm, relaxing home environment. Parking is free on the street, and there is fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Location-wise, it is around a 10-minute walk to the local shop, a short drive to Lancing station, and there are nearby bus routes providing access to surrounding areas.

I work from home full-time, so I’m looking for someone who primarily works outside the home. The household is calm and respectful, and I’m happy to have a chat over a cup of tea but also respect people’s privacy and space.

Single occupancy only.

I’ll ask for references and proof of stable income.

No smoking inside the house, but smoking is fine in the garden.
