Good sized furnished double bedroom in family home with a west facing back garden to relax in. WiFi and bills included.

The room is in a large terraced house in the centre of Lancing with easy access to shops and pubs. We are a 10min walk from the beach and it's just easy to get up on the Downs.

We are also central for public transport, with several bus routes on the doorstep and Lancing train station being a 5min walk with direct trains to Worthing (and further west), Brighton and London.

You would have shared bathroom facilities (we have 2 bathrooms), space in, and use of the kitchen and with 2 living rooms space to relax away from the bedroom if required.
