A double bedroom to rent in a 3-bed house, access to all amenities, broadband, garden (decked).

The room is for rent for 1 person only - no friends sharing / couples or children as the house is not suitable.

Due to the nature of my work, the room is only available to someone who doesn’t work from home.
Currently it’s only me living here but another bedroom will be rented out as of June.

There are 3 indoor cats living with us so you have to be ok with that, and be very conscious of keeping the front doors closed and windows open with the safety locks on.

The room is a good size, has a double bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail, desk, a chair, a bedside table, and a shelf.

Deposit of £650 required.

I work from home, don't smoke, love film and travelling, easy going, vegan but not bothered by other people's dietary preferences.

Safe, quiet location in Littlehampton, family friendly neighbourhood. 10min drive to the sea, 20min walk to Littlehampton station, large supermarkets within walking distance. 30min to Brighton or 20min to Chichester, the South Downs just down the road so plenty to see and do. Great links to London, Gatwick or the West.
This is my home and I’m looking for a housemate who will respect the space, and keep it clean.
