I’m looking for a clean and tidy female lodger, Single occupancy. No Couples.

Clean double room including bed, wardrobes and drawers. Near Littlehampton town centre, station and beach in a lovely central yet quiet part of Littlehampton. Please note the room has recently been redecorated and is now a different colour.

Family home with mum and 1 well behaved teen, with great social skills and a welcoming attitude. Also one friendly professional female lodger in situ, Friendly happy home.

I’m Looking for someone who likes to keep things tidy, easy going and no drama. I Prefer a full time working professional.

I’m a keen cook, and happy to share occasional cooking or meals, I run my business from home.

A share of cleaning general areas will be expected as would cleaning up after any cooking or yourself.

We have a resident cat who has adopted us so it’s important that cats are not a problem.
