The room is spacious and could easily accommodate a small sofa as well as the bed. There is a large built in wardrobe with full length hanging rain and shelving, plus floor space for footwear. Neutrally carpeted in grey, with grey full length curtains and black out blinds.

The flat has a well equipped, modern kitchen with breakfast bar/dining area, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave etc. Ample communal cupboard space as well as your own cupboard. Welcome to use all kitchen utensils/pans/crockery items, or bring your own.

We have two bathrooms - one large bathroom with both power shower & rainfall shower, bath and toilet, and then a second separate toilet also.

The apartment is conveniently located for all shops and amenities - gym, convenience store, town centre & supermarket all less than a 2 min walk, with abundant nearby parking. Parking is £24 per month for a permit or on road available too after 18:00.

Happy to consider short term lets, otherwise on a rolling monthly basis.
