Double Room with En-Suite in Sayers Common

Hi! I’m Christie, and I’m looking for a friendly female housemate to join our cosy three-bedroom home in Sayers Common.

You’ll have the master double bedroom all to yourself, with built-in wardrobes and a sparkling new en-suite shower room, so there’s plenty of space for all your things. We also have off-street parking, and being right by the A23 means Hassocks and Hurstpierpoint are just a quick drive away.

A bit about me: I’m currently recovering from an illness and building my own social-media business from home, so I’m around most days. I’m very chilled and would really love to have someone around for a bit of company.
There is another room in the house, but my other housemate is only here one or two nights a month, so nearly all of the time it’s just me and the cats. 🐈🐈

Because of that, I’m really hoping to find someone who is around and sociable, rather than someone who is mostly out or spends all their time in their room. I’d love to have someone who might fancy watching a film together in the evening, having a chat over dinner or just chilling out and having a laugh now and again. There’s absolutely no pressure to socialise all the time, I don't want that either as I need my alone time too, I completely understand that everyone needs their own space, but it would be lovely if a housemate could potentially become a friend too.

I’m 40 and the house is generally very relaxed and quiet. I’m usually in bed by around 10pm, so it’s a nice place to come home to and unwind.
Oh, and we have two very lovable cats, so you’ll definitely need to be an animal person!
