With 2 acres of garden and surrounded by fields, the house is only 6 miles from Chichester and 2.5 miles from Bracklesham Bay - or a 25 minute walk/10m cycle across the farmland and RSPB Medmerry Bird Reserve opposite to the quiet and secluded Ham beach. It also has easy access to Birdham and Chichester marinas (3 & 4 miles) and the blue flag beach of West Wittering (5 miles) and Chichester station is only 12 mins with direct trains into London.

The room is light with lovely views across fields to the South Downs and down the garden. It has a Kingsize bed (we could change this to a single if you'd prefer), sofa, TV, log burner (as well as radiators), kitchenette, washer/dryer, en-suite shower room, double doors opening onto its own patio and grass area and lots of storage. There's also space for parking..

Superfast boradband is provided and ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.

This is an annexe to our home. We're around most of the time and often have guests. We're looking for a responsible, mature professional who will take good care of the studio and be our eyes and ears when we are not around. There is also the possibility of earning some money overseeing our AirBNB and for doing some gardening.
