Description
All things being equal, the rooms will be ready late May / Early June, - just gauging early interest while buttoning up the building work & waiting for the fresh paint to dry! Unfortunately because of this, Spareroom have decided in their infinite wisdom to remove two essential pictures of the rooms where the building work isn't quite finished. The mind boggles in despair LOL
The Rooms:
Bedroom 1 - New 1st floor extension with approx 13.5m2 floor area included. Consisting of a double bedroom (4.1M x 2.65M) with new queen size ottoman storage bed, solid oak bedside drawers & makeup table and a built-in wardrobe. The new En-suite (2.65M x 1.0M) includes a generous sized rainfall & normal shower.
Bedroom 2 - Newly refurbished room with approx. 11.5m2 floor area included. Consisting of a double bedroom (3.0M x 2.65M excluding wardrobes), standard double bed with new mattress & large built in storage drawer and two built in wardrobes. The new generously sized En-suite (1.8M x 1.6M) has a large corner shower with built in illuminated niche shelf.
Both rooms include dimmable lighting to bedrooms & en-suites, big heated towel rails, Smart / Freesat TV's and USB fast charging sockets. There’s also safe & easy access to some handy loft storage for your less used & cherished things.
If you have some of your own furniture, currently I can accommodate this before I buy the additional new furniture required.
What’s Included:
Full fibre 400MB broadband / Wi-Fi, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer (fair use). EV charging @ 7kW can be made available, however this would be a separate agreement subject to additional costs; as would a house cleaner if that’s the preferred choice.
About Me:
Although I’m a live-in landlord, I believe simply respecting each other as fellow housemates is far more rewarding, whereby I would want you to feel at home. Therefore, the lounge, kitchen & garden are there when you want to be sociable, cook or just relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine, normally with my spoilt mutt snuggled up next to you being a flipping traitor!!
I’m also enhanced DBS vetted via West Sussex County Council for working (part time) mainly in primary and high dependency / SEN schools.
Housemates:
A harmonious house is a happy home, therefore an existing housemates’ opinion and feeling towards a potential 2nd housemate would be included in any decision made. Work references are a must, and though not essential, those with a valid DBS will be considered more favourably.
