✅ Free car parking outside the house, which is in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooks a green
🔋 EV charging - Please contact me to discuss. But sorry, there’s no space for motorbikes or peddle power
✅ Happy to chip in with shared space cleaning or have my trusted cleaner pop by (additional cost paid directly to her)
✅ New bed and mattress
✅ New bedding and bath towels provided or BYO is OK
✅ Separate shower station for dogs in the utility room
✅ All deposits and rent paid and returned via BACS to UK personal bank accounts only, and as named in the SpareRoom’s Lodgers’ Licence Agreement.
✅ Valid DBS or GB international Airport Airside ID security checks preferred. (Both myself and current housemate have enhanced DBS’s)
✅ Verifiable references from your Employer / Accountant essential
