✅ Free car parking outside the house, which is in a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooks a green

✅ Happy to chip in with a little shared space cleaning or have my trusted cleaner pop by (additional cost paid directly to her)
✅ New bed and mattress
✅ New bedding and bath towels provided or BYO is OK
✅ Separate shower station for dogs in the utility room
✅ All deposits and rent paid and returned via BACS to UK personal bank accounts only, and as named in the SpareRoom’s Lodgers’ Licence Agreement
✅ Valid security checks preferred - DBS, UK Airside ID or Emergency services/NHS etc. (Both myself and current housemate have enhanced DBS’s)
✅ A verifiable professional reference from your Employer or Accountant is essential
