✅ WFH at the dining table or kitchen breakfast bar
✅ The Kitchen is great for preparing / cooking Meat, Shellfish, Dairy, Pork and Nuts. Therefore those with a restrictive or selective diet will almost certainly find this unsuitable
✅ Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Iron & Board
✅ Free car parking right outside the house, which is towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooks a green.

✅ Happy to chip in with shared space cleaning or have my trusted cleaner pop by (additional cost paid directly to her)
✅ New bed and mattress

✅ All deposits and rent paid and returned via BACS to UK personal bank accounts only, and as named in the SpareRoom’s Lodgers’ Licence Agreement.
✅ Valid DBS or GB international Airport Airside ID security checks preferred. (I have an enhanced DBS)
