✅ Rent & deposits paid / returned via BACS to UK personal bank accounts only, and as named in the SpareRoom’s Lodgers’ Licence Agreement
✅ Valid security checks preferred - e. g. UK drivers license check code, DBS, UK Airside ID, Emergency services/NHS etc. (I have an enhanced DBS)
✍️ A verifiable reference (not financial) from your Accountant or Employer would be fabulous!
