Free parking outside the house, which is plotted in a quiet cul-de-sac & overlooks a nice green.

More than happy to accommodate those who enjoy WFH a few days a week.

Cleaning - Simply chip in fairly or a cleaner can pop in, but this would be an additional cost payable directly to her.

I’m enhanced DBS vetted as a job requirement supporting the educational sector, and a new housemate moving in at the end of January is a local GP. Therefore, anyone interested in the room who has a valid DBS or other security checks would be considered more suitable.

If you work unsociable hours or have a cat, sorry to say this one isn’t for you.
