Extremely spacious double room in a relaxed house.

Hello! I have a large double room available to rent in my home from February 1st (although there is flexibility around moving in dates). The room is in the front part of the house, (set apart from mine near the back) with beautiful views over the river and surrounding countryside. It's newly decorated and nicely furnished. with beautiful shutters and electric black out blinds which completely block out the light, aiding sleep. There is loads of storage space.

The bathroom, installed 2 years ago is shared. Although small, it is fresh and modern, with a claw topped bath, and power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer and washer dryer. There is a lovely dining room overlooking the back garden and pleasant sitting room.

Rent includes everything: all bills, super fast broadband, council tax etc., use of the gardens.

My house is an attractive Edwardian place (council tax band C) which combines character with comfort. It has triple glazing, so is really warm in winter, enhanced by two log burners. It's wonderfully situated in a friendly street, a semi-rural location near to the most beautiful riverside walks. The no 2 bus stops outside, running between Henfield, Steyning and Brighton and the main towns Worthing and Hove are 15 mins drive away by car.

I am a young at heart, open-minded healthcare professional with an active life. I think this place would suit a relatively mature person who is not looking for a party house, but rather a space to chill.. I'm easy going, enjoy chatting in the kitchen but will equally respect your need for space. Ideally, given that my house is in a semi-rural location, 2 miles from the nearest shops, you would also be mobile, with your own car.

A little cat also lives here too who once she gets to know you is a delight.
