Dog friendly house wirh double room available

Lovely double room available (single occupancy) in a 3 bed semi detached dog friendly house. (One very friendly and loving spaniel).

Located not to far from East Grinstead town and also very close to the countryside.
Approx a 15 min walk to the Historic High Street.

There is a Pub, corner shop and bus stop all 2 mins walk from the house. There is on road parking at the property.

We are both clean and tidy working professionals.

The house is a 1930’s 3 bed semi, with a large kitchen/diner, lounge, and two bathrooms.

The current available room is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

All bills included (and also include a fortnightly cleaner)

Length of stay is negotiable if over a year is required and can be discussed.
Also open to Monday-Fridays stays, at a reduced negotiable weekly rate.
