Lovely double room available (single occupancy) in a 3 bed semi detached dog friendly house. (One very friendly and loving spaniel) and a second room becoming available later in the year.

Located not to far from East Grinstead town and also very close to the countryside.
Approx a 15 min walk to the Historic High Street.

There is a Pub, corner shop and bus stop all 2 mins walk from the house. There is on road parking at the property.

We are both clean and tidy working professionals.

The house is a 1930’s 3 bed semi, with a shared large kitchen/diner and shared upstairs bathroom with 1 other (when the 2nd room becomes available) which is currently being refurbished.

The current available room is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

All bills included (also fortnightly cleaner)

Length of stay is negotiable if over a year is required and can be discussed.
