Welcome to my home, a peaceful, exceptionally clean short and medium-term accommodation in Three Bridges for professionals working or training around Gatwick, Crawley and Manor Royal. I travel frequently, but pop back and forth from time to time.

The Teal Room is a beautifully presented double bedroom with its own private ensuite shower room, within a quiet three-bedroom home just 5 minutes' walk from Three Bridges Station.

It is particularly suited to people who are temporarily working, training or studying in the area, including trainee pilots, airline crew, aviation professionals, contractors and people on fixed-term placements.

This is intended as temporary accommodation for an agreed period, rather than a permanent house share. It is particularly suitable for somebody who retains their permanent home/address elsewhere and needs a comfortable base near Gatwick for several weeks or months. However, I would consider a more long term arrangement for the right person.

LOCATION
- Three Bridges Station: 5 minute walk
- Lidl: - 3 minutes' walk -Tesco Superstore - 6 minute walk
- CAE Gatwick: approximately 4–5 minutes by car / 28 minutes walk
- CAE Gatwick by public transport: approximately 17 minutes door-to-door
- Gatwick Airport: one stop by train
- Central London: direct fast trains, approximately 35–40 minutes
There is also excellent access to Manor Royal, Crawley and the wider Gatwick business area.

The location may be particularly convenient for people working or training with organisations including CAE Gatwick, Acron Aviation, IAGO Flight Training, Boeing, Virgin Atlantic, easyJet, Thales, Elekta, Collins Aerospace, Gatwick Airport and businesses throughout Manor Royal.

It may also suit healthcare professionals temporarily working at Crawley Hospital, East Surrey Hospital or other local NHS services.

PRICING
For a longer temporary stay, the room is available from £950 per month including bills.

Rates depend on the length and pattern of your stay, so please tell me exactly what you need and I can provide a personalised quote.
Regular Monday–Friday or Sunday–Friday arrangements may also be considered.

SHARE WITH JUST TWO OTHER PEOPLE

One of the biggest advantages of this room is that this is a small, peaceful home rather than a large house share or HMO.

There are only three bedrooms.

At present, you would be sharing with two lovely easyJet trainee pilots, Oli and Matt, both of whom are clean, tidy, quiet and very considerate.

The atmosphere is calm and respectful, and the communal areas are professionally cleaned weekly at no additional cost.

PEACE, CLEANLINESS & A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP
You will probably find cheaper rooms around Crawley and Gatwick.

I've had a number of guests come to stay after previous accommodation hadn't quite been what they expected.

When you're living away from home for several weeks or months, where you come home to at the end of the day really does matter.

Quiet hours are 10pm–7am, and everyone staying here is expected to be considerate of other people's sleeping, studying and working patterns.

As a former teacher, I also understand how important the right environment can be for concentration and study. The house has deliberately been set up to provide somewhere you can work, rest and genuinely switch off.

MORE THAN JUST A BEDROOM
For a stay of several weeks or months, living in a hotel room can quickly become restrictive – and you never know who may be staying next door from one night to the next.

Here you have full use of the home, including:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Allocated fridge, freezer and cupboard space
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Comfortable living room
- Dining area
- Garden

You can cook proper meals, store fresh food, do your laundry and relax in the communal areas rather than spending your whole stay confined to one bedroom.

Useful household essentials are also provided, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet rolls, washing powder, washing-up liquid and cleaning products, making it easy to arrive with your suitcase and settle in. Sheets and towels also provided.

It probably won't suit somebody looking for the cheapest possible room or a busy, highly social house share.

It is ideal for somebody who wants a comfortable, homely, exceptionally clean and peaceful place to live while working or training away from home.
