Room available in shared cottage

A small double room available in a shared house. Lovely location surrounded by fields and common land.
I’m looking for an easy going person to share the house Ideally a professional person with a zest for life. Happy to accept well behaved dogs as there’s a large garden.
You would have use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden. There’s 1 bathroom with shower and Bath upstairs with a downstairs loo. The kitchen is huge with a table and Rayburn . There’s also an electric cooker, large fridge and chest freezer.
Netflix is accessible. in the sitting room there’s a wood burning stove.
The spare room has a small double bed, chest of drawers and mirror provided. It has beautiful views of the garden, fields and the Downs.
