We are offering a very large, furnished, double room with ensuite shower room in our family home - a Victorian terrace, which is situated near the seafront, town and railway station.
My family consists of me (teacher), my two teenage children and our friendly cockapoo. We mainly occupy the ground and first floor; the second floor consists of a large attic room with ensuite which is available for lodger use.
We enjoy being outdoors, creating culinary masterpieces in the kitchen and watching Netflix.
You will be clean, tidy, not too noisy, friendly and someone who is out at work most of the time and has their own lives to lead.
The room for rent is currently furnished with bed side tables, a large wardrobe, a small sofa and chest of drawers and a small double bed.
