Lovely, large double room

Double room with lovely afternoon sun available from 1st March (negotiable!) The house has a lovely long garden with summerhouse, bike storage and garden furniture.

The room is currently furnished with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, bookcase and desk. There is a blackout blind at the window.

The lovely Marley also lives in the house. He's a very friendly cat and loves curling up on people's laps. Because of this, no other cats/dogs - small animals likely ok by negotiation (guide dogs also obviously ok!).

The house is 8 minutes walk from West Worthing station and the coop.

All bills are included apart from phone calls and TV license. Mon-Fri lets are also considered - price negotiable.

It is a two-bed house and you would be sharing with me. I'm generally quiet around the house, but play the cello and will practice up to 20-30 minutes a day. We can negotiate timings on this! I tend to sleep quite early and get up early.

I'm vegetarian and would prefer to live with a vegetarian or vegan.

LGBTQ+ very welcome but would consider cis/straight people too :)

Accessibility: the bedroom and bathroom are up relatively steep stairs. Please let me know if you would need adaptations and I'll try to accommodate.

The room is available for 6 months - a shorter tenancy would also be ok with me if that's what you need.
