ALL BILLS (INCLUDING COUNCIL TAX) AND WIFI ARE INCLUDED. The large kitchen is fitted with 2 washing machines one with a dryer, 2 fridge freezers, 2 cookers, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen a has a large dining table with chairs and a bench. The communal areas of the house are cleaned every 10 days. There is also bike storage. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY/NO PETS.
