Large room in creative flat near Worthing station

Hi there, I've got someone moving in on the 25th of October But thought it worth putting the feelers out to see if anyone needs a pad for a few weeks. If it's two or three weeks could half the rent or something. Open to discussion!

The flat’s lovely, has a nice garden, really nice neighbours, in a great quiet spot opposite Victoria park, just over 5 min walk to Worthing station and walking distance to lots of nice pubs, town and the beach.

I’m a full time musician and also teach part time in schools in Brighton, so if you’re considering this place you must be music positive and be happy with practice all hours of the day and into the evening. I’ll obviously be considerate with this and am not saying I’ll be up every night till 2am playing bad violin (maybe the odd night!).. but feel it best to say as if that’s something you wouldn’t be happy with then potentially not the place for you. Would defo suite creatives or just nice open minded friendly folk :)

I’m a friendly, chilled and social human, but defo someone who’s also happy crackin on with their own thing when I’m home. I go through patches of being away a lot when I’m gigging / touring etc to being around a lot when I’m writing, working on projects or on school holidays.

I’m renting out the nice big room in the photos and the plan is for me to move into the smaller studio room (the one with a piano in), so there’s a degree of sorting to do on my end before it’s ready!

I’m kinda trialling this out and am not open to signing long term contracts at this stage, but it’s not something I’m totally against if we get along and the living situation works etc. Hence why it’s a bit cheaper than others I’ve seen.

Anyway would be up for meeting people before to see if it’ll work etc, could come round for a tea or something and have a look at the space. Think that’s everything? Feel free to ask questions.
