Bright and spacious double bedroom bills included

ROOM TO RENT IN WORTHING £750 PCM INCLUDING ALL BILLS

I have a lovely furnished room becoming available in my home in Worthing from 1st December,

It is a self contained double bedroom that comes furnished in a lovely Victorian flat with lots of character and charm. Room is really bright and spacious and fully furnished. You will have use of the shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as a large garden.

I live here with my well behaved dogs so you will need to be a dog lover! They are very friendly although they have no access to your room or the kitchen. They are very chilled !

I am preferably looking for a female, who is working, considerate and enjoys a relaxed and friendly home. I am looking for someone who does not work from home full time, as I that works best for me and the space.

This is a quiet and relaxed home rather than a party house. There is no shared lounge, but your room is very spacious and comes with a sofa area and TV.

£750 per month including all bills
£500 deposit
Available from 1st December

Short lets may also be considered.

If you are interested, please send me a private message with a little bit about yourself, what you are looking for and when you are hoping to move.
