Large double bedroom in sea front apartment

I am wishing to rent out my large double bedroom on Worthing seafront in Heene Terrace. I will be living there part time only as I spend half the week at my partner's home plus will be doing some travelling in my campervan due to redundancy. When I am at home, there will only be access to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The flat also has a lovely big garden and the bedroom has a nice outlook. I am 63 years young.. :-) and have a faithful hound constantly by my side. But she is only a small dog and very clean but it would be important that whoever lives here loves dogs.
