The house is a good sized 30's semi 3 or 4 minutes walk from West Worthing station, close to local co-op and great new bars, bakeries and coffee shops etc., and about 20 minutes walk to the beach and local leisure centre.
It is my home and I rent 2 rooms to lodgers..
The large double room will become available from 20th June. It has a king size double bed with new mattress (single occupation only) and is lovely and light with a south facing bay window. Other furnishings include a vintage wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, plus an extra chest of drawers. There is a built in desk and lots of shelving, plus an armchair and a huge mirror,
All 3 bedrooms share a good size family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, which is for lodgers' use.. There is also a downstairs loo.
The shared living space is a large dining room leading off from the kitchen, plus a conservatory, mainly used for airing clothes and garden access.
There is a smallish, secluded garden with trees and shrubs, seating area and an outdoor washing line.
I am looking after a small cat called Maude for a few months for my daughter, so must like cats 😏 She goes outside using a cat flap and sleeps in the conservatory so as not to disturb anyone at night.
All bills are included plus broadband. Free parking is available in the road.
We are looking for a professional person who is "house-trained" and knows how to clean up after themselves and respect other people's space and stuff.
Absolutely no smokers please, and no working from home. Thanks.
