Prime Guardians are proud to announce the availability of a room located within a historic building. The property is located in a predominantly suburban
residential area of Goring By Sea, characterised by detached and semi-detached homes. The beach and Goring seafront are less than 10 minutes walk to the south and there are excellent transport links nearby. Bus routes at Goring Road travel through Worthing town centre towards Brighton to the east and
to Littlehampton and Arundel to the west.
Additionally, Durrington railway station
is located half a mile to the north, which
provides regular train services to Brighton, Portsmouth, Chichester and London

We are looking for a responsible individuals who match our requirements to become property guardians at this unique location. (See below for details)

We will be occupying the address until the owner finds a client to rent the property as offices. At least 28 days notice will be provided but usually more.

You will be on a 28 day rolling notice but remember your paying £350 to live in a beautiful historic building.

Be able yo move in immediately
Employed
Have 3 months banks statements
Present valid passport
More than 25 years of age
Live without pets or children
Non smoker
Available for interview/viewing
Able to move in quickly
Speak clear & proficient English
Have a DBS check - Criminal history check formally CRB - can be done online costing £20

A photocopy or photo of passport
3 month bank statements proving income
Two references (employer & previous landlord)
There are no admin or signing up fees.
