Here we have a very large beautiful double room measuring a generous 5 x 4m and so it has plenty of room for a desk. This room has everything you need and it’s at an absolute bargain! It will be redecorated shortly and then fully furnished with a
double bed/memory foam mattress, a bedside table and a wardrobe with drawers. Once completed it will be very cosy!

This house is perfectly located on a quiet leafy street but the bonus is it is on the edge of Leeds City Centre (approx. 20mins walk down the beautiful old canal tow path). It also has Tesco, Lidl and the beautiful Gott's Park on your doorstep. Great for chilling on the top overlooking the Kirkstall/Burley valley on a summers day!

On the ground floor is a huge beautiful kitchen and with the exposed wooden flooring/brickwork it really does bring a lot of character. The shared kitchen has everything you need from an oven, cooker hob, a fridge freezer, a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Don’t worry there’s plenty of storage for your food too! The washing machine is currently on the lower floor but a brand new one has already been delivered and is going to be plumbed into the kitchen.

The house mates Lois and Daniel are professionals and very friendly. They have just moved in and so all we need now is to find 2 new house mates who are quiet, very clean and tidy to join this very happy house!
