- large lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV, two sofas and a dining table & chairs.
- separate kitchen with lots of storage, appliances and stylish fittings such as stainless steel units & subway tiles.
- Virgin Media business wifi/fibre optic broadband package & hard-wired extenders installed (<350mb of download speed!).
- 5 large double bedrooms.
- 2 communal bathrooms & separate toilet.
- separate communal first floor box room for additional storage.
The bedroom advertised is on the top floor of the property & would share a bathroom with just 1 other housemate. Being an extra large room, there is loads of space to make it your own; but the furniture included is as follows:
