We have room coming available in this 5 bed houseshare on Brentwood Terrace in Armley.

You would be sharing with professionals Alex (32), Dante (24), Ben (33) & Orlagh (25) who are all very friendly, relaxed and like to keep a tidy house.

The house is a large Victorian terrace comprised over 3 floors and offers lots of space along, with plenty of original period features such an original fireplace in each of the rooms (ornamental only), high ceilings and large hallways.

As a brief summary, the house provides the following:
- stylish decoration/interior with grey feature walls and modern, black furniture.
- large lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV, two sofas and a dining table & chairs.
- separate kitchen with lots of storage, appliances and stylish fittings such as stainless steel units & subway tiles.
- Virgin Media business wifi/fibre optic broadband package & hard-wired extenders installed (<350mb of download speed!).
- 5 large double bedrooms.
- 2 communal bathrooms & separate toilet.
- separate communal first floor box room for additional storage.

The room available is a great size, on the top floor of the house & shares one of the shared bathrooms with just 1 other housemate.
It comes with the following furniture:
- double bed & mattress, with storage underneath
- bedside table
- large chest of drawers
- wardrobe
- desk & chair (not shown in the photos, but can be provided if needed)

The monthly rent includes all bills & a cleaner as follows:
- gas
- electric
- water
- council tax
- TV licence
- above broadband/WIFI
- communal area cleaner once a month.
