My husband David & I offer a spare room to a reliable, trustworthy person in need of a place to rent short term or working away from home, near.... the Leeds Airport, Apperley Bridge Train Station, Airport road, near Calverley, etc. Ideal for Airport Engineers, Pilots, Jet2 Training, ets.

This is a new (ish ) estate with private parking. Very convenient for Airport LBA
At the moment, the room is rented to an Aircraft Engineer who will finish his contract approx 10 th May 2024
This Apperley Bridge 4- Bed House, is elegant, has all modern equipment ie Air Fryers, dishwas her, builtin ovens, Plate heater, 2 fridges so one for you with modern pull-out freezer drawers, samsunny washer, seperate dryer, toaster, glass kettle, lots of good pans, pots, dishes, etc etc
There are 2 sittingrooms and you will have in-room TV, your own bathroom, private parking, lots of garage space for shoes, coats, etc with remote controls,
Bedrooms, office & pantry all have lock & keys. The Room has blackout blinds and very modern good quality bedding. The bed has a newish mattress and comfort foam.
You need to be... working, able to provide ID and proof of work. Able to look after the house when we're not around. Trustworthy, tidy, good reference and lots of common sense. A bit about us....
We are retired but kept busy with many things including travel. We have other rentals which keep us busy. We are christians, very reliable, caring people.
We are great cooks, esp my husband. He also bakes a lot and loves meeting people.
Here we shop at nearby store or M & S in Pudsey. Also Waitrose in Otley.
Easy access to... Sainsbury Supermarket nearby, fish & Chips, Canal, Woodhouse Grove School, Pubs, ALDO'S, Calverley Woods, Golf, Yeadon, Otley, Harrogate etc.
Buses to Leeds & Bradford etc only 2 min walk. Or the Flyer to Airport.
