I’m looking for a housemate to share this modern, brand new home, built only March this year, on a new estate. The property is semi-detached. (joined to just one other house)

About the home:

• At the front: good-sized garden + private parking for 2 cars, as well as an electric car charger.

• Downstairs: entrance hallway with downstairs WC and under-stairs storage. The hallway leads to the kitchen/diner. The living room is bright and airy with patio doors opening out to the garden. First a paved patio area, then a big grass lawned section.

• Upstairs: communal bathroom and two large bedrooms. The second of these is the room available to rent. There is also a smaller third bedroom which I turned into a office and spare room. You are very welcome to use this space for work purposes whenever you need it, as well as for guests occasionally. There is also an additional storage cupboard upstairs.

About living here:
It’s just me (40s male) living within the property so you’ll only share with one other person. I’m easy-going, respectful of space, and keep the home clean and tidy. I work 40hrs a week Monday - Thursday, and usually start work really early and return home late evening.

The room is offered unfurnished, so you can make it your own. Rent is £580/month, deposit £500.
