The building employs cleaners who clean all communal areas of the building every other week, and empty all communal bins twice a week.

There are laundry facilities for washing and drying clothes available for residents' use. The facilities are cashless, and payment for their use is made through a mobile
phone app, on which it's even possible to book in advance!

There is a secure bike storage available to rent, which is covered by 24/7 monitored CCTV, and additional electronic fob locks.

Electronic Fob Locks

Living in standard shared accommodation can often come with security risks, as door entry codes can be
shared with non-residents, or duplicate keys cut. This is not a risk at this building, as residents are given
a single electronic fob, which is required to enter both the building, and the individual area of the building
in which the resident lives. In the event of loss, these fobs are deactivated immediately.

Rent Includes

Communal cleaning, communal repairs and hot water. The rent does not include council tax or a TV
Licence and Tenants are also required to pay for the electricity they use in their own rooms and a
contribution toward the common parts via a Smart Top Up Meter, which can be topped up via the internet,
