I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate to share my three-bedroom home with.

The house is spacious and has plenty of room for two people to live comfortably.

The house includes:

* 🛏️ Two double bedrooms – One is my bedroom, and the second will be available for you. It’s currently used as my dressing room but will be converted back into a bedroom before you move in.
* 💻 Third bedroom – This is used as my home office, as I work from home.
* 🚿 Main bathroom – Complete with a shower.
* 🚽 Downstairs toilet – An additional toilet for convenience.
* 🛋️ Open-plan kitchen and living room – A lovely shared space for cooking, relaxing and spending time.
* 🌳 Garden – Outdoor space to enjoy.
* 🚗 Driveway for two cars – I only have one car, so there is space for another vehicle.

A little about the living arrangement:

I currently live in the property on my own and am looking for someone to share the house and contribute towards the rent.

I work from home, so I use the smallest bedroom as my office. You would have your own double bedroom, and we would share the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

I’m hoping to find someone who is friendly, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with.
